Freshly picked, these are meticulously sorted and transformed at the distillery.
Mixeds with water and heated in stills, the steam water goes then cross the plant mass for take the essence of the flower with her. Under the effect of condensation, this steam is transformed into floral water over which floats an essential oil delicately collected... One ton of orange blossom will then be needed to obtain one litre of this precious essential oil, called neroli.
